Leveraging years of practical experience in the enforcement field, Attorney Yu Xuemin provided a systematic and in-depth analysis of the complex relief challenges faced by creditors during enforcement proceedings, incorporating insights from the "Supreme People’s Court Interpretation on the Application of Law in Handling Enforcement Objection Cases," which came into effect in July 2025. Through case studies, comparisons of old and new regulations, and interactive Q&A sessions, she clearly outlined key review points and relief strategies for various types of enforcement objections, sharing valuable experience in efficiently identifying encumbrances and utilizing supervisory measures.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the Foshan Lawyers Association presented Attorney Yu with an honorary lecturer certificate in recognition of her meticulous preparation and generous sharing.
