On August 7, 2025, the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court issued a first-instance judgment (Case No.: (2024) Yue 03 Min Chu 4789) in the trademark infringement and unfair competition case filed by our client, Bear Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., against eight defendants including Zhongshan Xiaowoxiong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Xiaoyaoxiong E-commerce Co., Ltd. The court largely supported our client's claims.

The court recognized our client's registered trademarks No. 6412094 "小熊" and No. 14674471"" as well-known trademarks. It determined that the defendants' use of identifiers and trade names such as "小沃熊" and "小妖熊" constituted infringement, forming a comprehensive chain of infringement. Based on the defendants' sales data and industry profit margins, the court ordered seven defendants to be jointly and severally liable for damages of 5 million RMB plus reasonable expenses, while the remaining defendant was held liable for up to 100,000 RMB.
