On the afternoon of September 2, 2025, the fifth session of the "Open Knowledge Service Forum" – titled "Semiconductor Frontiers, IP Guardians: Intellectual Property Strategy and Innovation Practice in the Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry" – was successfully held in Guangzhou. The event was hosted by the Guangzhou Development District Intellectual Property Association and the Guangzhou Development District Talent Group Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Yuexin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. and the Guangzhou Semiconductor Industry Association. Attorney Chen Jiannan, Partner of Funto Law Firm, was invited as a guest speaker to share practical strategies on "Trade Secret Preservation Cases," focusing on the key challenges of trade secret protection in the semiconductor and integrated circuit industry.
