On June 22, 2025, Attorney Yu Xuemin, Partner of our firm, was invited by the Dongguan Lawyers Association to deliver a specialized lecture to nearly 100 lawyers and legal practitioners at the "Special Training Camp on Enforcement Law Practice." Through simulated practical scenarios—including objections to the seizure of real estate and the addition of debtors subject to enforcement—she systematically outlined strategies for raising, responding to, and litigating enforcement objections. She also shared efficient case-handling tools and standardized workflows to enhance the quality and efficiency of handling enforcement cases. During the interactive segment, participating lawyers actively posed questions on practical challenges, such as the substantiation of rights in enforcement objections and procedural coordination in enforcement objection lawsuits.
