On January 15, 2026, the pre-reception Annual Meeting for the International Trademark Association (INTA) 2026 was successfully held in Guangzhou. The event was co-hosted by Funto Law, the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Guangzhou Development District Intellectual Property Association. It brought together experts, scholars, and corporate representatives from the global intellectual property field to discuss cutting-edge issues in trademark protection and support Chinese enterprises in their global expansion.

 

Lin He, Managing Partner of Funto Law, delivered an insightful presentation on trademark law, focusing on the topics of "Prohibition of Registered Trademarks Based on Well-Known Trademarks," "Prohibition of Registered Trademarks Based on Trade Names," and "Prevention of Trademark Squatting." By combining typical cases with practical experience, she provided attendees with a clear and in-depth understanding of these critical issues.
