On April 17, 2025, attorneys Orange He and Maisy Ling were invited to participate in the LCOUNCIL Corporate Visit – Delixi Group event, joining numerous guests to explore brand value protection and the reshaping of the commercial ecosystem.
In the first half of the sharing session, Mr. Lü Ling, a representative of Delixi Group, took the stage to provide a detailed introduction of the company’s recent anti-counterfeiting and rights protection efforts, as well as the results achieved. He expressed his vision for consolidating these achievements through more diversified and robust enforcement methods in the future, aiming not only to drive the Group’s development but also to foster a stronger intellectual property (IP) protection system across related industries.
In the second half of the sharing session, Attorney Orange He first shared her observations and thoughts on the topic "From Winning to Winning Gracefully: Five Innovative Evidence Collection Methods Beyond Notarized Purchases." She pointed out that traditional notarized evidence collection is costly and time-consuming, while new methods such as electronic evidence preservation, timestamp authentication, live-stream recording, cross-border e-commerce platform complaint systems, and third-party witness testimony are becoming powerful tools for rights protection. Orange suggested that when conducting rights protection work, enterprises should flexibly combine evidence collection tools according to infringement scenarios, ensuring the completeness of the evidence chain and its legal admissibility to improve rights protection efficiency.
Following her, Attorney Maisy Ling delivered a presentation titled “Case Study: Millions in Compensation – Key Strategies in Criminal-Civil IP Litigation.” She dissected a high-value trademark infringement case, explaining how criminal investigation and civil claims can be strategically aligned to achieve “dual deterrence” and “substantial compensation” through criminal-civil parallel proceedings. Her analysis provided attendees with fresh perspectives and practical strategies in the field of IP rights enforcement.
In the final exchange session, participants engaged in friendly and enthusiastic in-depth discussions on key and difficult issues in intellectual property rights protection, offering each other valuable reference experiences and suggestions for future intellectual property rights protection work. This seminar not only demonstrated Delixi Group's exemplary role in the field of intellectual property protection, but also provided enterprises with dual legal and technical inspiration for addressing new infringement challenges. In the future, with continuous innovation in rights protection methods and improvement of collaborative networks, China's enterprise intellectual property protection system will reach higher levels.
